Submitting an application does not create a provider relationship, guarantee approval, reserve territory or require either side to continue.
Independent business
Providers operate independent businesses and remain responsible for their crews, wages, taxes, equipment, vehicles, fuel, insurance, licenses, disposal practices, safety and operating costs. PNW does not promise exclusivity, employment, franchise rights or a minimum number of opportunities.
Choosing opportunities
Providers may review the available scope, location, schedule, pricing information, disclosed network fee and projected payout before accepting. Once accepted, network service, communication, documentation and reliability standards apply.
Pricing, fee and payout
The current standard network fee is 20% of the completed customer charge, leaving an 80% provider payout before the provider’s own expenses and taxes. There is no application or monthly subscription fee, and PNW supplies the first pair of required vehicle credentials at no charge. Final pricing, refund, chargeback, cancellation, tip and payout timing rules will be stated in the provider agreement and the applicable job record.
Vetting and activation
Activation may require verification of business status, insurance, equipment, identity, W-9 information, legally compliant screening and installation of the approved vehicle credentials. Applying or beginning verification does not guarantee activation.
Vehicle credential and brand use
Approved providers must display the current PNW network credential on both front doors of every vehicle used for accepted network jobs. The standard size is 24 × 16 inches for box trucks and 18 × 12 inches for vans and pickups, unless PNW approves a different size or placement in writing because the standard format cannot safely fit. Each credential identifies the provider’s actual business name and includes a method to verify current network status. The provider’s own company branding remains primary.
The credential may be used only on approved vehicles while the provider account is active. It may not be altered, copied, transferred or displayed after suspension, deactivation or termination. It is a revocable customer-identification credential for PNW bookings, not a license to operate the provider’s independent business under PNW’s name and not evidence of employment, franchise rights or territory rights.
Customer and network standards
Providers must protect customer information, communicate through approved channels, obtain final scope and price approval before work begins, document completion, dispose legally, avoid deceptive conduct and follow the current network policies.
