Proposal only. No effective date. Existing signed agreements and written job terms continue to govern. Do not rely on the schedule or reimbursements below until PNW adopts them in your completed agreement and written offer. No banking or cancellation automation has been activated by this page.
Proposed weekly payout schedule
Review complete submissions within two business days. Initiate eligible payouts each Friday. A complete submission needs the approved final price, completion photos, relevant disposal records, cleared customer funds and verified payout details.
The proposed weekly cutoff is Tuesday at 5 p.m. Pacific. Complete submissions with cleared funds and verified payout details received by that cutoff enter Friday’s release batch once review passes. Submissions becoming complete or funded after the cutoff enter the following Friday’s batch. If an issue prevents release, the hold notice must explain what is missing and the next review date. If Friday is a banking holiday, release moves to the next banking business day. Bank arrival can take additional time; this is a proposed initiation schedule, not a same-day deposit promise.
No minimum payout balance is proposed. Record the gross customer amount, network charge, approved adjustments and provider amount on a statement for each release. Customer payment, job completion and bank receipt remain separate records.
Proposed rules for a payment hold
Record the specific reason, affected job, amount held, information needed and next review date. Limit a hold to the amount reasonably connected to the unresolved issue. Release an otherwise eligible, undisputed balance on the normal schedule.
Review new dispute information within two business days and update an open hold at least every three business days. Review timing does not guarantee a dispute will be resolved by that date. Explain any continuing hold and the next step in the provider’s private record.
A customer complaint or chargeback alone would not establish provider fault. Give the provider an opportunity to supply records before a final adjustment. Any deduction must have an agreement basis, supporting records and a written explanation. This proposal does not authorize new bank debits.
Proposed cancellation and failed-visit protection
These are proposed PNW-funded provider reimbursements, not new customer cancellation charges. They must be included in the offer before dispatch and funded before being advertised as available. Reimburse actual eligible costs up to the cap; the maximum is not an automatic payment.
| What happened | Proposed provider treatment |
|---|---|
| Cancelled before confirmed travel | No visit compensation. Release the provider from the assignment and record the cancellation. |
| PNW or the customer cancels after confirmed dispatch | Reimburse documented, reasonable travel costs incurred for this job, up to $50, paid by PNW. The offer must include this protection before the provider travels. |
| Customer unavailable after the provider arrives | After 15 minutes, two documented contact attempts and dispatch review, reimburse documented travel and waiting costs up to $75 total, paid by PNW. This replaces the $50 travel cap; the caps are not added together. |
| Customer declines the free onsite estimate | No customer visit or cancellation fee for declining the estimate. Provider visit compensation applies only when the written offer expressly includes a PNW-funded visit allowance. |
| Unsafe conditions, prohibited materials or materially different scope | Pause work, document the issue and contact dispatch. Review documented travel under the same $50/$75 caps where the offer includes protection. No automatic provider penalty for raising a documented safety concern. |
| Provider cannot complete an accepted job | Notify dispatch promptly. Dispatch confirms any reassignment or cancellation. Review the circumstances and records; this proposal creates no automatic provider fine or debit. |
Use confirmed dispatch and arrival records, contact attempts and reasonable cost evidence. Do not travel solely because an offer was accepted; wait for dispatch confirmation. A support report does not itself cancel the job.
How the proposal would work
Ready before the cutoff
Completion, records, cleared payment and payout verification are all ready Monday. Under this proposal, review finishes within two business days and eligible funds are initiated Friday. A Friday transfer is not proof of Friday bank receipt.
Cancelled during travel
The offer includes travel protection. Dispatch confirms cancellation after departure and records show $32 in eligible travel costs. Proposed reimbursement: $32, rather than the $50 maximum.
Customer does not answer
The offer includes failed-visit protection. Arrival, the 15-minute wait, two contact attempts and $60 in eligible costs are documented and reviewed. Proposed reimbursement: $60 total, within the $75 cap.
Price changes, refunds and fee adjustments
Get fresh customer approval before performing extra work. A larger load, stairs or disposal condition does not authorize an unapproved charge. The current network calculation starts from a 20% fee on the full customer-approved invoice and uses the account’s recorded rate; the existing fee rules remain unchanged by this proposal.
Before adoption, the agreement must define how partial refunds, taxes, tips, disposal charges and reimbursements affect the network fee and provider share. Record an approved refund or adjustment against its original job and explain the calculation. Do not treat an estimated payout as guaranteed profit.
What must be ready before these become active
- Approve and fund the Friday payout schedule and cancellation reimbursement budget.
- Complete the agreement’s fee base, exclusions, refunds, chargebacks and adjustment rules.
- Put the adopted schedule and protection amounts into provider agreements and individual offers, with an effective date.
- Confirm provider payout verification, statement records, manual release responsibility and private hold notices.
- Test an eligible payout, a holiday release, a partial hold, a cancellation reimbursement and an approved refund before activation.
Until those steps are complete, this remains a proposal. Seattle and Boise are recruiting providers ahead of customer launch; this page does not announce available jobs or a market launch.
