Information we collect
The provider application collects contact information, business name, market and service area, equipment, experience, services, insurance and registration status, public review links, disposal practices and voluntary application notes. We do not request banking information, government identification or document uploads in the initial application.
How we use it
We use application information to assess market fit, operating readiness and provider qualifications; contact applicants; prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; maintain application records; and prepare for later verification when both sides choose to continue.
Sharing and screening
Initial application details are not sold as leads. We may use service providers that host the application system or support network operations. A third-party background report is not requested merely because an application is submitted. Separate disclosure and authorization will be provided before any such screening.
Retention and requests
We retain applications while evaluating the provider network and for reasonable operational, compliance and dispute-record purposes. Applicants may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no online system can promise absolute security. We may update this notice as the network changes and will post the current effective date here.
