From offer to completion

How junk removal network jobs work.

A network job needs a clear handoff at every stage. Providers review the offer, wait for confirmed assignment, get customer approval before loading and record the completed work. Live offers require provider activation and local market launch.

Choose work that fits your crew.

Direct Jobs have a proposed pickup window and written offer details. Review the scope, location, price information and crew requirements, then accept or decline based on what your business can cover.

Opportunity Jobs are flexible pickups where you propose a customer price and arrival window. They can fit around an existing route, but your quote is a proposal. Sending it does not assign the job or reserve the customer’s appointment.

Check the scope and the costs.

Photos and descriptions help you plan. Check the volume, materials, stairs, access, heavy items and equipment needs before committing. Ask about missing details that could change the crew, disposal cost or time required.

Review the written network charge and expected payout alongside your own costs. Disposal, wages, travel, fuel, equipment and taxes remain your business’s responsibility. The customer price is not the amount your company keeps.

Wait for assignment and dispatch.

Check the job record for assignment and dispatch confirmation before traveling. Accepting an offer or submitting a quote does not confirm the appointment. Use the confirmed arrival window when planning the route.

Keep job communication together in the booking thread. If you are running late or cannot cover accepted work, contact PNW operations promptly and give a realistic update so the customer and network can respond.

Get approval before loading.

At the property, confirm what is being removed, the actual access and any conditions that differ from the offer. Explain the complete final price and get the authorized customer’s approval before removal begins. The customer may decline the estimate.

When the scope changes, pause to agree on the change and record it. Unsafe conditions, prohibited materials or illegal disposal instructions should be documented and referred to operations before proceeding.

Keep concerns in the job record.

In your provider account, open Job record & support and choose Report a problem. Select the issue and describe what changed, including timing, access or scope details. Keep the case number and check the case status, next step and any dispatch response in that job record.

Submitting a case does not cancel or reschedule the job. Dispatch must confirm a schedule change. For urgent operational help, call 866-PNW-JUNK. Pause unsafe work and document the concern; cancellation or failed-visit compensation depends on the applicable written terms.

Document completion, then review payment.

Record the approved scope and price, completion status, before-and-after photos and disposal records when requested. These records support completion review and provide context if a customer or provider raises a concern.

A paid invoice does not mark the pickup complete or release a provider payout. Record the completed work separately. Release still needs payment and funding review, verified account details and owner action. An available balance is not bank receipt. Payout deadlines and adjustment rules remain to be completed in the provider agreement before activation.

Common questions

Does an Opportunity Job quote confirm the pickup?

No. Wait for assignment and dispatch confirmation. A quote alone does not reserve the appointment.

Can I decline an offer?

Yes. Choose work your crew and equipment can cover. Once accepted, the agreed job and network service standards apply.

Is a photo estimate the final price?

No. Confirm the actual scope and complete final price on site, and get customer approval before loading.
