THE EMPTY SEAT MODEL

Every truck has seats.
Fill the ones already moving.

A truck leaving a neighborhood with unused capacity is like a flight departing with an empty seat—the opportunity disappears once the route is over. PNW matches that available space with nearby customers who can be flexible.
YOU KEEP CONTROLAccept only the work that fits your route, schedule, crew, truck capacity and desired payout.

The customer needs a confirmed date or arrival window. The provider accepts the job and plans the route specifically around that appointment.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Dependable Operators Who Protect the Customer

We are building a small, accountable founding group—not an open directory where anyone can claim jobs.
Background screening and vehicle-credential setup are required before activation. Neither occurs merely because someone opens or submits the initial application.

VEHICLE CREDENTIAL

Your company stays visible. The network stays verifiable.

Approved providers keep their own company branding. PNW supplies the first pair of standardized credentials at no charge so customers can identify the independent local business completing their booking and verify its current network status.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear Answers Before You Apply

What does it cost?+

There is no application fee or monthly subscription. The standard network fee is 20% of the completed customer charge, leaving an 80% provider payout before the provider’s own expenses and taxes. PNW supplies the first pair of required vehicle credentials at no charge.

Do I have to accept every job?+

No. Review the available scope, location, timing and payout before accepting. Job volume is not guaranteed.

Do I have to rebrand my truck?+

No. Your company branding stays primary. Approved vehicles display a small PNW network credential on each front door so customers can identify the independent local business completing their booking and verify its current network status.

Is this a franchise?+

No. Providers remain independent businesses responsible for their crews, equipment, taxes, licenses, insurance and operating costs. The vehicle credential is limited to identifying an approved provider on PNW bookings.

When is background screening performed?+

Screening is required before activation. A separate disclosure and authorization are provided before any third-party background report is requested.

When do I upload documents?+

The initial application collects qualification information. Insurance, business and equipment documents are verified only if there is a potential fit.

Where are applications open?+

We are currently recruiting launch providers in Seattle–Puget Sound and Boise–Treasure Valley. Portland–Vancouver is operated by our local crew, and operators elsewhere may join the future-market interest list.
